Does Elsewhere Trading ship worldwide?

We ship to most countries in the world through Australia Post. If you are in a location where we do not ship you can always contact us and we can see if it's possible to find a solution for you. You can read more about our shipping policy here.

When will you ship my order?

Please allow at least 5 business days for your order to be processed, packed and sent to you. During busy periods it may take longer but we will do our best to get your order shipped to you as soon as possible. Covid-19 update: Our online store is open for business and we are shipping orders promptly and on a daily basis. Due to the current crisis there may be some disruption to deliveries, especially to international orders.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your package has been sent. All products ordered from Elsewhere Trading will be sent to you via a secure courier service.

Can I return items and get a refund?

Yes you can, as long as you adhere to Elsewhere Trading's returns policy. To read in more detail how to make a return, click here.

How long will it take to receive a refund?

Once your returned item has been received and approved for a refund, it will take up to 10 business days to receive the refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Can I exchange my item for something else?

You can exchange an item for something else. To exchange, it is recommended first you return your original item and wait for the return to be approved. Once approved you can order the new item knowing that you will receive a refund. Elsewhere Trading does not cover the cost to return items by post.

I have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, what should I do?

If you receive your item defective, damaged or the wrong item, contact us immediately and we will do whatever we can to correct this for you.

Price Policy

Prices are shown in AU$. Prices do not include postage and delivery. Orders delivered outside of Australia may be subject to local taxes and / or import duties at your own expense. 

International Duty and Tax

Customers with orders being shipped outside of Australia may incur additional fees from the shipping carrier when their package enters the destination country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any local duty and import taxes that may incur separately.

Elsewhere Trading reserves the right to change the prices of product. The prices of the products will be valid throughout the process during the order period. However, we make reservations for typos.


We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation via email shortly after you place your order. In rare cases, items may be sold out. If this happens, you will be notified by email.

If we are able to accommodate your order, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number and information as how to complete your order. If we are unable to accommodate your order you will not receive a confirmation email or any other notification from us.

To successfully complete an order you must follow the payment instructions and timeline. If you fail to follow the instructions/miss the payment window, your order will be cancelled. Elsewhere Trading is not responsible for any failed or incomplete orders.


Read our full shipping policy here. All shipments are sent with a secure courier and a tracking number, unless you have selected shipping without tracking. It can take up to 5 working days before your orders are shipped. Orders are not sent or delivered on weekends and holidays. 

If a delivery suffers from a delay, or if an item happens to be sold out, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the order was placed. Some delays can occur during very busy periods and holidays.


Elsewhere Trading does not guarantee that all items shown are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item for any reason is not available, Elsewhere Trading will contact you by email. Although we do our best to display correct images, correct colours, info and prices, errors may occur.

1. Elsewhere Trading ships to almost all countries through Australia Post and her partners.
There are currently restrictions in place as some countries are not accepting deliveries due to Covid-19.
2. Please allow up to 5 business days for the shop to process, pack and ship your order.
3. The shipping costs are calculated at the checkout.
4. Your order will be delivered to the shipping address you provide when you place your order, subject to confirmation of acceptance of your order by Elsewhere Trading. 
5. Elsewhere Trading reserves the right to refuse shipments to specific countries.
6. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your package has been sent unless you have selected untracked shipping, when no tracking information is provided.
7. Elsewhere Trading cannot guarantee how long a shipment may take to arrive and is not responsible for any delays regarding shipping once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
8. Elsewhere Trading is not liable for any costs of re-delivery if no-one is there to accept the package.
9. Delivery times quoted are estimates not guarantees. Once your order has shipped, it is passed to a postal service, who will deliver it to you in keeping with their standard working practices.

Late Orders

Please note that due to the current crisis there may be some delivery disruption, especially to international orders. Estimated delivery dates are only a guideline and are not guaranteed. Parcels can be subject to small delays beyond our control especially at busy periods such as Christmas.

Wrong Orders

We do occasionally mess up! But we will always rectify our mistakes. Please contact us with your order number if you have received a wrong order at

4. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
6. You must also include the receipt or proof of purchase. Without a receipt, items cannot be refunded.
7. Returned orders which do not comply with these criteria risk being refused.
8. Customers must cover the cost of returning the item.


1. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not.
2. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method.
3. It can take up to 10 days for refunds to be processed
4. You will be refunded for the value of the products, excluding delivery costs.
5. Shipping costs for returns will not be refunded.

Damages and issues

The vast majority of our orders do arrive safely but unfortunately some do get damaged in transit. We always replace damaged parcels. Please contact us with your order number to report a parcel damaged at We will review the issue and do our absolute best to correct it.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. All our prints are sold unframed and are delivered rolled and in a postal tube. 

We would always recommend where possible a good quality glass fronted frame as acrylic ones can sometimes sag.

A small number of our prints will need specialist framing. These include the large format prints like the Time Travel Time Table if you choose to frame it.

Looking After Your Print

As with all prints, please avoid hanging in direct sunlight as this may cause the colours to fade and the paper to shrink and crease.
